Wrenches,
The good folks at Rohn Tower tell us in their application notes to never
weld rebar cages. I've also heard that code (whose code I don't know)
prohibits rebar welding in foundations. Yet, I hear frequent references to
welded rebar. Does anyone know what the real poop is?
