PS2512 glitches [RE-wrenches]

I have a customer with a self installed PS2512.  He has had numerous problems 
with his remote control panel, having sent it for repair twice to Tekris and 
now he is having problems with the inverter as well.  He said the LEDs on the 
bottom are randomly flashing, not consistent with the mode it is in and he has 
had the voltage output waver up and down.  I haven't witnessed this firsthand 
or checked the output.  Has anyone had this type of problem with the PS.  I 
didn't want to sell it to him in the first place but he didn't want to give up 
his 12V system when he needed sinewave power for his heater.  He is now buying 
a Prosine.  I hope he is not jumping from the frying pan to the fire.  Any 
more comments good or bad on the ProSine 2000 watt with charger?
