Installation details [RE-wrenches]

It is good that LADWP has inspection, training and better performing PV systems.
LADWP reports 1.4 MW of mostly commercial PV projects that have received the
rebate. Maybe Graham knows how many residential PV rebate systems are in LADWP
territory. I could not get a count from LADWP or the City Controller.
