SW error messages [RE-wrenches]

The first error more than likely has to do with the AC 2 in relay (or AC 1
if you're using that input).
I have had problems in the past (years ago) with this. If that relay is not
closing properly you might also get a gen. sync. error message. The relays
are hard wired and you have to send the thing to Trace to have them
replaced! (if the relay actually is bad).

Did you check the hz of the generator in no-load conditions?
