Hi Allan,
I strongly agree with you, but I also feel we all owe the manufactures some
leeway. If something is in the process of being worked out maybe we should
withhold comment for a few weeks before painting a poor picture of a great
product. I only want to leave a private opening for 'problems in process'.
The ETA battery style pump controller is very new and we wish to see if
anyone else has installed one on a 24VDC system.

I think that you are missing the point. What I read is that everyone who has
posted, including Richard Perez, agrees that this forum is the appropriate
place for a discussion of the ETApump. What is *not* appropriate is to post
only positive comments to this list and post negative comments privately.
Can you imagine where we'd be now if we only posted positive comments on
products like the early SunTies?
