Hi Bill,

It really isn't too much of a battle.  I am just submitting the code change 
request.  The big issue with me is availability.  Welding cable is easy to 
get.

I wasn't thinking of this section.  I agree that welding cable would not be 
appropriate here.

I don't use it either, because the inspector won't accept it.

The welding cable issue seems significant to me in that it is a prime 
example of how institutional barriers, that don't correlate with physical 
realities, are running up the cost and complication of RE systems.
