Wrenching in L.A. [RE-wrenches]

I visited Gandhi's tomb when I was in India shopping for PV factory equipment and was
once-again reminded of the power of non-violent direct action. India also has
institutional barriers to grid intertie PV, but people there just do it as do all free
people.
