European Differences WAS: Asian & European Installers [RE-wrenches]

A friend of mine figured out that a PV system in most areas of Germany 
will produce less power annually than the same sized system in the 
Seattle area (which of course is the solar capital of the free world...) 

I guess this really means that German engineers and accountants are 
really dumb - or that they look at the cost of electricity in a 
different way than we do...
