Fellow Wrenches,
If you pay attention to what some _significant_ differences are, you would
see the German _federal_ government heavily subsidizes the _performance_ of
PV. Not some been there, done that, didn't work, purchase incentive.
For anyone who doesn't understand the difference, please let me clarify -
the difference is essentially quality installations.
Quality installations is, at least one of, the founding principles of this
list.
Purchase incentives can give benefits even if you leave the equipment in
the garage in the shipping containers.
Performance based subsidies _require_ quality installations. You don't get
paid if you don't produce. There is no reason to reinvent the wheel. If you
want to know how to save energy look how the energy is used where it costs
4 or more times what it costs here.
