Here in the central California Coastal region my only battery system are my
off grid customers. All of my grid tie customers are battery-less. There
is so much less to a battery-less system. No batteries, high amperage DC
disconnects or battery cables required. This makes the installation a lot
cheaper. The installation costs are much less.
My one grid tie battery customer bought his equipment over the internet
some time ago, feels he got bad advice and wishes he had bought Sunny Boys.
We are installing a minimal battery bank not even connecting to the SW
outputs.
