CA C-46 License reworking [RE-wrenches]

I've got a C-46 and my partner has a C-10.  I had to
train him on the DC side and inverter and he taught me
a few things on the AC side.  Having both
classifications/backgrounds has definitely made us
better designers and installers.

I'm glad to hear that the C-46 is getting more PV
focused.  When I took the test there were no PV
questions and a handful of electrical questions -- not
enough there to really "test" PV proficiency.  It
seems to me that a "hybrid" of the two is the way to go.
