I'd like to add to that.  I think it would be very helpful if folks were:
1) more descriptive in the subject line and
2) when the subject drifts off onto another topic, change the subject line.

I, for instance, am deleting all this utility required disco switch (been there done that) but want to know if the subject of the postings drifts to other utility inter-tie topics.

Also remember folks searching the data base need subject accuracy as well.
