Insurance problem [RE-wrenches]

Try buying it on the web.  I've got insurance through Sears that is
serviced by Hartford (www.sears.com or www.theHartford.com).  I had
already had insurance through Hartford for several years on another
property, and have found their customer service to be excellent.  I
switched my home to them and saved money.

Hate to sound like an advertisement, but when I find any company that
consistently treats me well with excellent and friendly employees that
you can talk to, it generally means they have made their customers and
service a priority (something that usually comes rather naturally for
small businesses like us, but is too often lacking with larger
corporations).
