Dear Jeff and everyone,
Band of PV vigilantes? Now that's an image even more ludicrous than a bunch of
PV stakeholders and bureaucrats cobbling together a PV rebate program (just
kidding). I think we have a functional rebate program that should not be changed
until new goals are clearly defined and agreed upon. Please stop the
finger-pointing and tone down the rhetoric and focus on continued education.
Before going off half-cocked, let's get the details about this Long Beach system
and suggest to the homeowner how his system can be improved.
