John and Joel,

Don't forget that the SP140 is the same module as the SP150 last month. They
just rerated their modules. I think 22 SP140s is pushing your luck on the
derating issue. I would feel better about 20 SP140s.

How much derating is likely with an SWR2500U inverter mounted on an
outside north wall in the shade with good ventilation with either 24
each KC120-1 solar modules or with 22 each SP140 solar modules and a
temperature range of 5  to 122 degrees F.?
