True enough, but this issue directly and personally effects everyone 
in our group regardless of your political views or affiliation. I 
think we'll muddle on until Michael throws us out.
As to the body politic, four board members and the executive director 
are women. All but one present. I don't know how Arthur Rudin 
(present) from Sharp or Ignacio Corral (absent) from Shell 
characterize themselves. You'll have to ask them. No 
African/Americans or young folks. I don't know, but I'd bet that 
someone there could lay claim to some Native American blood somewhere 
along the line.
I, for one, don't see that as an issue in any way, shape, or form. 
The BoD should represent, more or less, the PV stakeholders. Look in 
the mirror.
