PowerLight and UL [RE-wrenches]

Marco,

I think we need to look at what PowerLight might be trying to accomplish by
putting ht High Voltage sign there. First, keep people and objects off of
array to avoid breakage.
Second, keeps things of the array to avoid degradation of output.
Third, put a little fear in people to just keep curious hands away from
EVERYTHING, not just the wiring.
Fourth, protect people from high voltages.

On a "non-public" roof, I don't know as these signs have near so much value,
although reason Four is still obviously valid.

Jeff

Anybody know if PowerLight's custom combiner boxes are UL-listed?
Anybody know if anyone in this great big world has come up with a
comparable product to the PowerGuard system for flat roofs?

I have just now put a few pictures of a 120 Kw PowerLight system, with
danger labels, on a web page. This page can only be found through this
link. http://www.solar-living.com/PowerLight.html
