PowerLight and UL [RE-wrenches]

To my knowledge, no one has a comparable product, and there are some patents
(covering I'm not sure what) on the system. There is an engineer in upstate
NY that has designed a look a like, field fab system, but having reviewed
his drawaings, and having installed a PL system, it's light years apart.

The only alternative to PL that I know of is ballasted roof pavers. Haven't
done a job like that, but I here there are significant issues (aside from
weight) there too.

Anybody know if PowerLight's custom combiner boxes are UL-listed?
Anybody know if anyone in this great big world has come up with a
comparable product to the PowerGuard system for flat roofs?

I have just now put a few pictures of a 120 Kw PowerLight system, with
danger labels, on a web page. This page can only be found through this
link. http://www.solar-living.com/PowerLight.html
