power station not charging [RE-wrenches]

Greetings. Great to see you're still out there. I am assuming this is a
PS2524 or similar? I have a client with a pair and he has had charging
problems. Did you ever hear the joke about the micro-processor based
flashlight? It has three buttons--on, off and reset.
Our problems were cured by a reset to factory defaults. Actually, we had to
reset two or three times to clear out the demons. I have experience with
other firmware programmed equipment and resets are often required. Has
this been tried?
