power station not charging [RE-wrenches]

Hi Trace experts,

I have a customer with a power station 24 volt inverter which has 
worked very well until recently.  Lately the display has been garbage 
and the reset button does not work, so he has to unplug it but that 
has only been a minor inconvenience.

Now he has a condition I have never heard of.  Generator is 
synchronised and the bulk charge light is on.  But battery volts are 
23.6 and inverter/charger amps are zero.  Load amps and input amps 
match each other (2 amps), but no battery charging.

AC2 amps are set at 25, and max charge amps are set at 10.

Any ideas?
