Thankyou,  Outback Engineering and Christopher for at least acknowledging
the frustration that most wrenches have endured and for not following the
customary path of  most RE manufacturers for using the Paying Public as the
Beta Test Zone. I could probably afford to take a year off with pay from the
amount effort, expense, time, travel, and return shipping unpaid and
uncompensated on returns new equipment that should not have been out on the
market over the last almost 15 years.
It is with great shock to the client that when informed of  the fact that we
the installers are not compensated for our warranty work.  They consistently
comment that "this is not fair, and why do you sell their equipment?"

Lack of option? I vote with my purchases as much as possible and am willing
to wait.
