input relay error FYI [RE-wrenches]

FYI, I have a customer getting the input relay error on his recently
installed SW4024 and he is manually starting the generator, so it
appears that the diagnosis that this error only occurs in automatic
generator starting setup's is wrong. Now I get to go change out the
chipset... oh joy.
