green tags meter [RE-wrenches]

Dear Grenches (I mean wrenches, sorry)
 
I'm hunting down the options for a remote meter that will give my
customer basic info on his system and gather total KWH's for the Green
Tags program we have up here in Oregon (I don't know how far reaching
this program is).  The meter needs to be installed on the AC side and
have a non-volatile memory recording total KWH's.  I'm going to be using
the Sunny Boy 1800U inverter.  We have used the Brand 20 CTR meter on
other jobs (no complaints, works great!) and that will do the job for
this installation as well (I want to see what the other options are if
any).  I'd like to have something attractive enough to install in a
hallway in the house (this excludes utility type glass meters).  I'd
like to find something similar in cost to the remote meter available for
the Trace STXR (msrp $179).
 
Any suggestions?   Please include possible source and approx cost
(please specify msrp or dealer cost)
