Some of you know about Keith Rutledge's excellent work developing
financing for RE projects. Here is THE BEST resource. Thank you very
much Keith.

"The Solar Financing Guide: A Handbook of Resources" is a CD-ROM
recently published by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. It
contains information about loans, incentives, and financing basics for
solar systems. Email hull at psd.state.vt.us at the Energy Efficiency
Division at the Department of Public Service for a copy.
