AZ lead, multiple systems [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches:
We received today by Fedex from the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority an RFP
for up to 45 packaged systems of 2, 4, or 6 kwh/day standalone hybrid PV for
remote homes. We are not well suited to a job of this scope and will not
submit a proposal. Any Wrenches interested in this should contact me
off-list.
