Air-X & noise levels [RE-wrenches]

I have received an inquiry from a client regarding Southwest Windpower's new
and improved Air-403, the Air-X. Has anyone flown one of these yet? How's
the noise level? What is the power rating (I presume it's the same as the
403)? Any other feed back would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,
