Dead PV Modules [RE-wrenches]

Over the years we have installed all brands of modules, but finally started
to use only Siemens SP and SR large size modules unless customer wanted
different color finish or non "poka-dot".

Not one single failure with Siemens.

Only Siemens related problem was when we were called as expert witness to
view very badly installed large scale system some idiot used flat
inter-connect cables and round cable fittings on junction boxes which filled
full of rain water and shorted out.  Still, most modules were salvaged.
