New products [RE-wrenches]

Joel:

1. Display failure (2 of 8 units installed).
2. Constant shutting down (cycles from 60% efficiency to about 160 watts
constantly, 4 out of 8 units installed).
3. 10% reduction in efficiency with chip change.
4. Trips output circuit breaker intermittently (2 out of 8 units).
5. Leaks output power (generates ~25 watts before proscribed time out, 1
out of 8 units).

There is at least one other problem not coming to mind at this moment.

Of course, we'll keep you posted.  The dealer I am working with is the
contact point with Trace and we are giving them every opportunity to
rectify these problems.  We hope they succeed as we have great respect for
the SW series and other products.

We have not been instructed to cut any traces or components out of the
circuit, but I've heard of this being done.
