SW Efficiency/ PWM Angle Adjustment [RE-wrenches]

Drake,

It is my understanding that the standard kWh meter only measures real power
flow. My revenue meter agreed with my data logger and power analyzer
measurements and saw none of the extra current the poor inverter was running
thru it.

That extra current was causing an efficiency loss meaning less power was
making it to the grid since it was taking more DC power to make the AC
output. The cooler running unit is simply the benefit of higher efficiency
(less energy is lost in the inverter as heat).

Bill.
