SW error LED... [RE-wrenches]

I believe there is a time out feature in the SW, where if the out of
specification generator condition continues, it will disconnect from the
charging source... maybe like 5? minutes. If it goes in and out of compliance
with what the SW wants to see, the red error light could probably blink away
forever.
