AES Responsiveness [RE-wrenches]

William - we have been a little thin the last few weeks with folks at UL and
FCC and me at the Tour de Sol (my 13th) this last week - but we have done
our very best at returning calls and emails.

Regarding the MM3 & 5, UL sent us a final curve ball two weeks ago that is
now taken care of (we had to change the design slightly to save a surprise
extra 12 weeks of testing!).  FCC was passed ten days ago.  Early production
is now under way.

We are currently reviewing our customer service capability - with the MM-3/5
coming out, we want to be the best in all areas..  I will post the revised
contact info to this group later in the week.
