I believe that's the Uniform Fire Code.

In every one of our Fire Department's engines we have a book that lists the
specific responses to fires/accidents involving hazardous materials and
explains the meanings of all those placards, such as you see on trucks.
Next time I'm at the department I'll see what it says about batteries
