battery electrolyte [RE-wrenches]

I received this query recently.

"What advice do you have for residential battery systems containing over
500 lbs of acid?
Article 64 of UFC and the right to know act for hazard materials on
the premiss?"

I do not know what the UFC is, so I am unfamiliar with it. Any help out
there?
