Chris,
We have only used 3-4 UNI-64s, but danged if I didn't have the same
thing happen on one. Some black silicone caulk with electrical tape (used
as a form while it set) put it back together. Phil said he had better luck
with a small screwdriver at points nearest the module's back surface.
