It is my understanding that your California utility has 10 days to inspect
your system. This timing starts after you have passed the building
inspection and notified the utility. If the utility has not inspected, you
are free to energize your system. I looked for a reference on this but
could not pinpoint it. Is anyone else familiar with this legislation?
