Air 403... [RE-wrenches]

Todd, the Air 403 is used successfully by some people even on RVs.  But it
is such a small cross section of wind it picks up that you have to be in a
really good site to get it to work.   Other facts are that it is a little
noisy at all wind speeds and very noisy in high winds. It spins like a
banshee at 4, 5, 6 miles an hour but generates nothing.  Most users do not
know this unless they dedicate a meter to then incoming wind circuit.

For the final answer, you might contact a dealer named Dick, a pretty good
guy who displays at Sol West in his bus with one of these windmills on the
