Manufacturers on the list? [RE-wrenches]

	Michael (and all);

Seems to me that if we are going to bitch about a manu's product, and they
have a person willing to respond to the specific topic, we'd be defeating
ourselves to not let that person enlighten(?) us. On the other hand, anyone
posting (everyone, really) should understand exactly what is and isn't
appropriate material for the list.
Ezra doesn't exactly overload us with inside information, so what is the
harm or another two or three postings a week, if they contain pertinent
information. Might actually lessen the message load, as folks who are
seeking some kind of reply/answer to their problem might not post
repeatedly, and/or may be able to work out the topic off-list and then give
us the results of their findings.
I'm not sure why some people are even on this list (including *me*). The
reality is that there is a core group that keeps the list going with
frequent posts, while the vast majority of members are quietly reading (or
completely absent, do we have a process for determining who is "dead wood"
here?).
Anyway, keeping someone off the list who has a strong desire to
participate could be a mistake if they have valuable information to share.
This souldn't be a "good old boy's club", it is meant to be an asset to the
members.
We (you, Michael) could always kick them out if they become a bother...
