Round 2; Wrench-Referrals List [RE-wrenches]

I think this list should be sold on a monthly basis to who ever at the
highest bidder.  So lets raise some money for all the hard work that's going
on for this Wrenches project.  The truth is now anyone or large corp. can
grab the leads and send them what ever.  Some responsibility would be great
maybe RealGoods or AEE or JadeMt. or Back Woods solar or even those
Distributors may want a chance at them (or a Long-distance Phone Company).
Or a Dealer Net Work or a Local Solar Association could Benefit from these
so called leads.
