SW4024 switching issue [RE-wrenches]

	Kirk;

	Consider that it might be time to replace the transfer relays in the
Trace. If the system used to transfer just fine, it could be that the
relays are beginning to have wear on the contacts, or perhaps the steel
core in the coil be becoming magnetized, causing the relay to "hang" just
long enough to prevent the transfer from happening quickly enough.
Weakening of the springs that cause the relays' (there are two in parallel)
armatures to return to the normally-closed position when the Trace gives
the logic command to switch back to invert might be a factor.
	Another thing to add to the now-too-late wish list. Logic port to send
voltage to an external (perhaps 100+ amp) transfer relay.
	None of that considers that there may be some problem with the electronics
of the inverter as well, such as a distorted waveform at low/no load, under
voltage without load, phase difference between load and generator, etc.
Have you checked to see that the generator is running at exactly 60 Hz? How
is the generator voltage??? Low?? High?? Try to set the generator voltage
to be equal to the inverter's operating voltage.
	Best of luck.
