DR charging oddities and a final word on bozo-ness [RE-wrenches]

Greetings Phil,

I have seen the same situation in more than one DR.  I believe you need
to turn the charge rate down on the DR.  Back it off to about the "one
o'clock" postion and I'm guessing both the louder buzz and the frequency
discrepency will go away.  You can then experiment with the max rate you
can put the DR at without the buzz, but this might vary slightly based
on battery voltage.
