Potty Aeration [RE-wrenches]

I have an application with which I have little prior personal experience
short of using the things once or twice. This is a requirement for
sewage waste aeration involving public toilets in a remote park setting.
These are "six holer" toilets having dual waste tanks adjacent to the
potty house. The client has something set up now [an air blower with
"diffusers"] coupled to a generator but the generator is cycling so
often that it is actually causing continuing mechanical problems. Who
has worked with such applications using solar w/batteries before and
what has been the approach? I've encountered solar used on public
toilets at parks in Wisconsin before but could not evaluate exactly what
all was being powered up except for a modest area light. The site in
question here already has a solar area light. The fumes solution would
be a system adjunct to but separate from that lighting system. Is there
a specific configuration of recommended components [i.e., what aerator
device is suggested, etc.]that has proven successful? Or, should I
contact a plumber?
