Referrals and Service Calls [RE-wrenches]

There are some good people on the Wrench List. In California specifically,
there are some good people on CAL SEIA's list and on the California Energy
Commission's list of retailers who have participated in the buydown program. I
prefer to ask an inquirers where they are located and direct them to a specific
PERSON who I know does good work. How do I know? Because I've seen his or her
work in person or in pictures or talked to other installers or customers who
recommend their work. When I make a referral, it is a recommendation - not just
a name on a list. For example, if I get an inquiry from Maine, I can refer
people to Peter Talmage with confidence.
