Pulse conditioners [RE-wrenches]

Greetings,
There was discussion recently about the Can Pulse battery conditioners.
Has anyone heard of the PulseTech brand? They seem to be considerably
less expensive, apparently listing for about $70 each. It sounds like
one of their "PowerPulse" units is to go on each series string (880AH
T-105's = four PowerPulse units). Is this a similar deal with the Can
Pulse? Also, any one have any negative feed-back on these companies or
the technology in general? Of particular concern to me is noise that
may appear in radio and tv reception.

Thanks -- Kurt Nelson
