Hi Andrew,

I have worked on at least 2-3 issues like this.  Key contact is Trevor
Tufts who is with Panasonic ......  trevor.tufts at us.panasonic.com.  I don't
have a phone number for him.

You will need to run an IV curve test on every panel that is under warranty
and you have to submit the results.  Panels can exhibit different IV Curve
results when dry vs wet testing.

Good results on all claims with the most recent in the last month down in
Monterey.
