[RE-wrenches] LG chem RESU battery replacements

I have gotten some RMA replacement support for LG Resu10 primary units. As many might know, the use of a second battery requires a LG with “secondary” classification (firmware, I assume) and the two are not interchangeable. The secondary units won’t be available until September. Crazy, I know. My own personal secondary unit is bogged down in this.

Has anyone heard of if these defective RESU units might ever be replaced by LG? They don't reply to me anymore. I have -3- RMAs and have been waiting months, as I know others have.

And what might Solaredge's strategy be for an LG substitute with the Storedge 7600 inverter? I know they are replacing Storedge with the Energyhub model.
