[RE-wrenches] Sol-Ark 15k

Hello alk, i have caused confusion by not being complete.  As i cited code
says a tap can occure anywhere on a feeder, even at zero length, as long as
the tap conductors are protected by ocpd.  As long as the tap is less than
10 feet, 10% ampacity, or 25 feet 25% ampacity.  The key is it is a tap and
is over current protected.  Similarly the feed to the Sol-Ark can be a tap
if there is no posibility of overcurrent.  To determine e this you must
know the inverter characteristics.
