We’ve had great luck with the Thomas & Betts Ty-Rap brand UV resistant nylon with stainless steel locking tab. 11” and 14” are handy.
Also, for highly exposed areas , the Commercial Electric 11” Stainless Steel cable tie works wonders.
For wire management along rails of bundled PV cable, we use one-hole 1/2” and 3/4” EMT pipe straps with self tapping screws to keep wires from dangling.
