[RE-wrenches] Enphase Enpower Smart Switch as service disconnect

Yeah, I know it's service rated here, but I wanted to make sure it would
work functionally. I guess it's no different than a service rated generator
ATS in that you can install the ATS without the generator and just have it
there for future use.
