[RE-wrenches] 2000v DLO/RHW-2 : in conduit required?

I brought this very question up a couple of years ago here. IMHO, it 
needs to be in conduit.  I have not found NEC exemptions for DC battery 
cable.  We modded the cabinet, so that we could put a 2" KO on the side, 
and ran conduit straight to it.  Everything is accessible from the top 
and front, so I don't see the need to having it roll away from the wall. 
We ended up also relocating the buss block inside, because it was really 
hard to get to, to torque the connections.  I can share our mods, if 
you're interested.
