Probably if it is old it does not have these recent Certifications and
UL requirements. Just gave these to my local AHJ. 

IEEE 1547, UL 1741-SA,
Rule 21, Rule 14H, PREPA, and CSA 107.1

These older Sunnyboys do not comply with latest UL
standards regardless. If its a new installation, a savvy utility / AHJ will
catch this.
